Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using SuraVault, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. The Service

SuraVault provides cloud-based file storage and sharing services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use SuraVault
• One account per person. Multiple accounts to bypass limits are prohibited
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of files you upload to SuraVault. By uploading, you grant SuraVault a limited license to store and serve your files as part of the service.

You confirm that you have the rights to upload and share any content you store on SuraVault.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SuraVault to:

• Upload, store, or share illegal content of any kind
• Infringe on copyright or intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to inflate view counts or abuse the points system
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for spam or phishing

6. Payments & Plans

• Paid plans are billed monthly and must be renewed manually
• Payments are processed via UPI and verified manually by our team
• Activation occurs within 24 hours of payment verification
• Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if the service was not usable
• We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days notice
• Upon plan expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan. Your files are not deleted.

7. Points Program

• Points are awarded for genuine views on your public files
• Fraudulent activity to earn points will result in account termination and point forfeiture
• Points have no monetary value until a redemption request is approved
• We may modify the points-to-currency conversion rate with 30 days notice
• Approved redemptions are paid within 7 business days via the payment details on file

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your files will be deleted within 30 days.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting suravault.cloud@gmail.com.

9. Disclaimer

SuraVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for loss of data, though we take all reasonable measures to protect your files.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuraVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or a notice on the dashboard. Continued use of SuraVault after changes constitutes acceptance.
