1. What We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Files: Files you upload are stored on Microsoft Azure Blob Storage. We do not scan or analyze the content of your private files.

Usage Data: We collect basic usage data such as file view counts, upload dates, and storage usage to provide our service.

Payment Details: If you add bank/UPI details for earnings redemption, these are stored securely and only used for payment processing.

2. How We Use It

• To provide and maintain the SuraVault service
• To process storage upgrade requests and payments
• To calculate and award points for file views
• To send service-related emails (no marketing without consent)
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our rules

3. How We Store It

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure servers. Files are stored in Azure Blob Storage with private access by default. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

4. Who We Share With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure provider
• Law enforcement — when legally required or to report illegal content
• No advertising networks receive your personal data

5. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes on our own platform. Third-party ad networks (Google AdSense) may use their own cookies when ads are displayed on public pages.

6. Advertising

We display advertisements on public pages (shared file pages, plans page, and other non-authenticated pages) through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing history.

We do not show ads inside your private dashboard or any authenticated area.

8. Children

SuraVault is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately.
