By using SuraVault, you agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in file removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
1. Acceptable Use
SuraVault is designed for personal and business file storage and sharing. You may use SuraVault to:
- Store your personal files, photos, videos, documents, and audio
- Share files with friends, family, colleagues, or publicly
- Create public links for files you own and have the rights to share
- Use the platform for legitimate business or personal projects
2. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on SuraVault:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any content that sexually exploits minors. We will report all such content to authorities immediately.

Malware & Harmful Software
Viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any software designed to harm others.
🚫
Copyrighted Content Without Permission
Movies, music, software, or any content you do not own or have rights to distribute.

Hate Speech & Violent Content
Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups.

Non-Consensual Intimate Images
Private images or videos shared without the subject's consent.

Adult Content
Explicit adult content may only be stored privately. Public sharing of adult content is not permitted.
3. Storage & Limits
- Free accounts receive 5 GB of storage
- Maximum file size is 500 MB per file
- Inactive accounts (no login for 180 days) may have files deleted after notice
- We reserve the right to limit storage for abuse or spam
4. Sharing Rules
- Only share files you own or have permission to distribute
- Do not use SuraVault to distribute spam or phishing links
- Public files are viewable by anyone with the link
- We may remove public files that violate these rules without notice
- Do not artificially inflate view counts using bots or scripts
5. Account Rules
- One account per person. Multiple accounts to bypass limits is prohibited
- You are responsible for all activity on your account
- Do not share your login credentials with others
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- Provide accurate information when registering
6. Points & Earnings
- Points are earned for genuine views on your public files
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated means to inflate view counts will result in immediate account termination and points forfeiture
- Minimum redemption is 1000 points
- Points have no cash value until redeemed and approved by admin
- We reserve the right to adjust point values with 30 days notice
- Fraudulent redemption requests will result in account termination
7. Enforcement
Violations of these rules may result in:
- Immediate file or content removal
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Forfeiture of points and earnings
- Reporting to relevant authorities for illegal content
