SuraVault respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to SuraVault without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown request.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

Email your DMCA notice to suravault.cloud@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request".

Your notice must include:

Your identification

Your full name, company (if applicable), email address, and phone number.

Description of copyrighted work

Clearly identify the original work you claim has been infringed.

URL of the infringing content

The exact URL(s) of the file(s) on SuraVault that you believe infringe your copyright.

Good faith statement

"I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."

Accuracy statement

"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."

Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to suravault.cloud@gmail.com including:

Repeat Infringers

SuraVault has a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.

False Claims

Submitting false DMCA claims is a violation of the DMCA and may result in legal liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from those who submit fraudulent takedown requests.
